Managing Your Bookings

Your dashboard is where you see all upcoming and past appointments. You can cancel, reschedule, or just review what's coming up.

1. View your bookings

The Bookings page shows everything in a list or calendar view. Upcoming bookings appear first. Click any booking to see the full details, including the client's contact info and any notes they left.

2. Cancel a booking

If you need to cancel, open the booking and click 'Cancel.' The client will receive an email automatically. You can add a reason if you'd like — this helps the client understand what happened.

3. Reschedule a booking

Open the booking and click 'Reschedule.' You'll see the client's available slots based on your current schedule. Pick a new time and confirm. Both you and the client get updated calendar invites.

4. Mark a no-show

If a client doesn't show up, you can mark the booking as 'No Show' from the booking details. This is just for your records — the client isn't notified.
